Required security setup
Protect your CSI account
Before using the Work Portal, set up Microsoft Authenticator or another compatible authenticator app. This protects sensitive employee and upload information.

Open Microsoft Authenticator
Tap the plus sign, choose “Other account,” and choose to enter a setup key manually.

Start enrollment below
We will show a QR code and a manual setup key.

Enter the six-digit code
Use the current code shown by Microsoft Authenticator to finish verification.

Scan with Microsoft Authenticator
In Microsoft Authenticator, tap +, choose Other account, then scan this QR code.
If scanning is unavailable, use the manual setup key below.

Save your recovery codes now. They are displayed once and are needed if you lose access to your authenticator.
